Reducing Lead Exposure from Rainwater
Did you know that in 2018, the rain fall for Port Pirie was only 212mm. That is 151mm below average – the average for Port Pirie is 363 mm per annum.
Over the long dry Summer dust and other debris has built up on roof tops. Now we finally have rain, this may lead to a concentration of lead contaminated dust being collected and captured with rainwater tanks.
